My dad passed away last September when I was at the start of creating a book that I hoped would help him to remember important people, events and places in his life. I was organizing all his photos from 1927 (well actually 1944 but that's another story) to the present using the ABCs of photo organizing. I am now ready to look at these photos again and want to honour him by sharing his story by bringing together photos, stories and genealogy.

Disorganization is a known cause of conflict in the workplace and on the home front. Who hasn't been frustrated with a co-worker or even themselves because of a “temporarily misplaced” file or at home because of “lost keys”?

I was raised in a small, rural community. My parents were both raised in the same small town, and most of their brothers and sisters also decided to stay there and raise their families.
